To manage the enrollment of participants in the program, we will be gathering census data twice per year. We have determined that in the best interest of all involved, the time to conduct these censuses are at renewal and just prior to the fiscal yearend.
We are working on an online application which we hope will help members keep up with mid-term changes by considering past employment dates as well as employee/volunteer start dates, which we can then use to calculate eligibility dates for you. Members can now furnish us with a spreadsheet in the requested format so that we can upload your employees into the website census for you to start the process. While the website tool is not currently available, you can still use the format from this Census Form to begin the process now.
